I’m not buying your excuse that you don’t have time to exercise. Find a way to move every day. You don’t have to join a gym.
Take a walk on the wild side.
And bring a friend.
Here are a few examples of things you really don’t have time for.
1) You don’t have time to waste on excuses. Lace up your shoes and take the first step. You are not too tired, besides exercise gives you energy.
2) You don’t have time for an early heart attack
3) You don’t have time for a stoke.
4) You don’t have time for diabetes
5) You don’t have time to take more pills for depression and anxiety.
6) You don’t have time for obesity.
7) You don’t have time to find someone else to carry your luggage or your grocery bags.
8) You don’t have time to lose your independence because you’re too weak to care for yourself or you’ve broken a hip from osteoporosis.
9) You don’t have time to sit home alone while your family hikes a mountain without you.
10) You don’t have time to sit on the sidelines. So take a chance on Zumba, Hiking, Pilates, Yoga, Biking, or Swimming. Find your passion and keep moving.
No one gets time for a do over in this lifetime. This is the only body you have so cherish it enough to use it, work it, challenge it, and move it.
