Challenge: Do 30 minutes of exercise or physical activity every day in December. Anything that makes you move. If 30 minutes is a burden then do 15 minutes.
The holiday season is stressful for many reasons. We over extend ourselves in countless ways. We say yes to every party. We shop ’til we drop. We schedule every free moment. We entertain guests. We travel. I hope that you only say yes to the things that you really want to do but even fun events take their toll. Exercise is the great stress reliever so while you’re planning, schedule a walk, a gym date, a mall walk, a yoga class or a cycle class into your day. If nothing else, take a walk on your break at work. Just do it!

Great advice for sure. It’s so easy to get caught up with everything the stress is palpable at times. I need to do this.
